Positive: It was a wonderful stay with amazing people taking care of the property. Since it was my first time in Bali, the team contacted us well before our arrival and made sure we reached the accommodation smoothly and without any stress. During the entire stay, we experienced nothing but genuine hospitality. The property seems very new, so everything was modern, clean, and working perfectly. The villa itself was spacious, and the pool was great as well. Breakfast was very filling, with an à la carte menu offering both Indonesian and Western options. The location is also ideal, just outside the busy center of Ubud, so you can easily explore the city by motorbike and then return to a quiet and peaceful oasis. Whenever we needed anything, the staff was always available and happy to help. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience true Indonesian hospitality.

Positive: Gorgeous, spacious, clean villa with the most comfortable bed and great a/c. Loved the bathroom with real pebble floor and the floating breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Negative: As a lone female traveller, be aware that the villa is down a long quiet path away from the main road. It is well lit but can be a bit unnerving walking down by yourself at night.

Positive: We loved everything about Arena Villa Ubud. The Villa is located nicely a bit outside Ubud central (5 mins in a motor bike). Nearby you will find a nice restaurant called Kalos, a small supermarket and a laundry service place (we used it and it was great). A bit further away, like 15 mins walk, there is an ATM that worked well for us. The Villa is private, you will meet the owners frequently creating a more personal experience. They will gladly help you on anything that you need. The pictures are accurate, you will have breakfast at the swimming pool if you want or at the entrance. Something that is not in the pictures is that you will have Netflix in your room, courtesy of the owner (you don't need to register). Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

Positive: I like the location as it deep inside and only can go in by bike but the staff is very friendly and helpful on all the guides. They even do the decoration for our anniversary for a reasonable price. The place is quiet and serene and the place is clean. They have good breakfast option also.

Negative: The place doesn’t have car parking access.

Summary: It’s a good place to stay for relaxing and also for the honeymoon stays.
