The Argyle was designed to provide an excellent alternative to hotel living in downtown Austin, Texas. With a prime location just steps from amazing restaurants, bars, and nightlife, this condo provides our guests with an Austin experience that will not disappoint.
With a luxurious master bedroom downstairs, a lofted bedroom upstairs, plenty of space to relax and entertain, a balcony that looks over 4th and at Frost Tower, a full Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and all of the amenities you need to enjoy your stay, this suite at the Railyard is ideal for one couple, two couples, or a small family.
The Argyle is located just above the pool area of the complex, on the top floor of the building. The convention center is across the street, and there are numerous Mexican restaurants, steakhouses, and other dining establishments within a block. There is even a Starbucks across the street. The world famous 6th street is 2 blocks distance, and the rest of downtown is easily accessed by foot, pedicab, or traditional taxi.

Summary: Property could use a little facelift. There was very little hot water. Limited plates, glasses and silverware. There is a washer and drier but no detergent. Swimming pool was closed. Water fountains on property were not in use. Location is the best thing for sure.

Summary: Very clean and convenient but some real mechanical issues. The sink in bathroom was shut and the drain plug did not work Several lightbulbs out and hairdryer was almost non functional and took forever to find. Bathroom would have been obvious but finally found in supply closet

Summary: My girlfriend and I stayed here for her 50th birthday week and had a great time. The condo is in the perfect location to walk everywhere in downtown Austin. The bedroom loft has no restroom so navigating the spiral staircase in the middle of the night can be challenging -but with that said; it was a great place to stay and I recommended it highly.

Summary: The location was perfect for our small Bachelorette party and first visit to Austin! Walking distance to everything fantastic- bars, food, shopping and the sites! Great communication from the owner and easy check-in/ out process! I will definitely be back again!

Summary: Couldn't have asked for a better location. A bit loud during going out hours but we were partying and didn't mind. The condo was very clean. Bath supplies were included. Loved the email regarding activities to do.Definitely perfect for a girls weekend. Thomas was great! Would definitely come back. The condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so do keep that in mind.

Summary: Our 3 night stay was perfect. Description is accurate! Owner provided great customer service, answered all my questions promptly. Location is great, walk anywhere downtown in minutes. Furnishings are beautiful & in great condition. Balcony was nice & parking was free & easy! Certainly recommend this space for anyone wanting a relaxing weekend in Austin in a nice & cozy apt!
