If you are looking for the perfect downtown location for SXSW, Formula 1, Austin City Limits, UT Football weekends, and more, you have found it! Located on the corner of 4th and San Jacinto, this 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is fully furnished with everything you need for an incredible stay in the music capital of the world.
Situated one block from the Austin Convention Center, two blocks from the world famous 6th Street and the Warehouse District, and a handful of blocks from every other downtown attraction including hundreds of restaurants, movie theaters, bars, nightclubs, lounges, and live music venues, the location cannot be beat. The town lake walking/jogging trail is just a few blocks away, there is a yoga studio just across the street, Starbucks is 200 feet from the front door, and arrangements can be made for a temporary gym membership two blocks away during your visit, if desired.
This 1,200 square foot unit features accommodations for up to 8 guests (three queen beds and a queen sized air mattress), central air and heat, a full sized stackable washer and dryer, a small covered patio, free cable television, free wireless internet access, wood burning fireplace, and plush furnishings. With granite counter tops, renovated kitchen and bathrooms, flat screen televisions mounted on the walls, and a fantastic stereo in the living room, every detail has been considered to make your stay a pleasant one.
A full kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all of the tools you need to cook your favorite meals will be included, however there are so many dining options within a few blocks, you may never use it. A few nearby options include: Fleming's Steakhouse, Fogo de Chao, Piranha Sushi, Vince Young Steakhouse, Backspace, PF Changs, 200 Congress, La Condessa, Lamberts, Swift's Attic, Champions Sports Bar, Parkside, Eddie V's, The Onion, Swift's Attic, La Condessa, Trace, Lambert's, and many more...
A wet bar comes stocked with glassware, a blender, and all of the bar tools you will need to fix your favorite cocktails while visiting. Just add liquor and mixers and you are all set. The closest liquor store is 2 blocks away.
You will also receive access to free private gated parking for one car (plus a motorcycle or scooter), if you need it. Since you can walk to everything, you might consider taking the Airport Flyer from Austin Bergstrom International for $1 per person. It picks up and drops off in front of the building every 30 minutes, and will save you the hassle and expense of a rental car or taxi.
There is also an outdoor pool area, and one of the most lively neighborhoods in ATX! If you need assistance with tours, transportation services, or anything else, we are here to help.

Summary: We had a conference in the Austin Convention Center. This location was just steps away. We were also walking or a scooter ride away from great food, entertainment, and shopping.

Summary: Booked this spot for one night for a birthday downtown. The space was clean and perfect for our group of 4 with two of us sharing a bed. We all agreed that the beds and pillows were great, super comfortable!! It is a first floor place so you do hear people walking up the stairs. But it was nothing too bad especially if your party is also getting in after a night out downtown. The only “complaint” would be the keyless lock was a little tricky to use, but I was able to reach out to Ryan through the app and got a quick response. Would book again.

Summary: The condo was clean and located within easy walking distance of 6th Street and Rainey Street. We thought this is what we wanted when we booked the property. Unfortunately, Austin has significantly deteriorated. There are homeless everywhere, and we immediately took our shoes off upon entering the condo knowing we had to have walked through urine at some point during our sightseeing. The kitchen isn't really set up for people to actually eating there. We had brought our own breakfast food to make, and there was was pan and few utensils. No salt and pepper or anything that would imply they expect people to actually use the kitchen. Also, the property is on the first floor on the corner between two streets. While that was mentioned in the description, I didn't fully register that meant we would never want to open the curtains unless we wanted to be on display to all the passersby. Thankfully, they have good blinds and curtains to maintain privacy. We actually ended up leaving a day early. This was more a result of a disappointing experience in Austin than because of the property itself.

Summary: This unit worked very well for a team from my company to work a trade show at the Austin Convention Center. Handy walking distance to after hours venues. My only gripe is I couldn’t get a return call from the property manager prior to arrival. What’s up with that? Bad form, guys.

Summary: We stayed there for a conference and the property worked great. We hosted meetings and it was very easy for business partners to walk to/from the Convention Center. Property is in great shape and we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Location is close to everything an quick walk or Uber to most destinations. It is a ground floor unit on street so can be loud at all hours. We had the unfortunate experience of having a loud group directly above us that came every night around 3am and were very loud. Floors and walls are thin. The layout of the unit was great and had everything we needed for a couples weekend.

Summary: Good location, room for 6, lots of traffic and people noise with first floor location on a corner of 2 busy streets. Vintage record player with selection of records but no needle in player so could not use. Searched for a book describing unit and departure procedures but did not find one. That would be helpful for future guests.

Summary: This unit is a short walk to the 6th Street, Rainey Street, the Congress Street Bridge, and to several good restaurants. It's a fairly quiet building, has a small pool across the street in a different building, in general has nice amenities. Strangely, we were abruptly woken up at 8:00 a.m. one morning by a monthly fire alarm test being conducted throughout the building. It lasted for over an hour with a high pitched, priercing alarm going off every minute or so! It was a super obnoxious time to schedule a monthly fire alarm test for those vacationing in the unit.

Summary: We booked this room for 8 people, 3 couples in the bedrooms and one couple on the provided air mattress. The accommodations were great and we had a great weekend being able to walk to brunch, 6th, and anything we did around downtown Austin. Comes with its own parking spot which is very convenient. No complaints, would definitely stay here again!
