Positive: The rooms were lovely and traditional and very clean. We enjoyed the fact that there was a raised area with cushions for sitting as well as floor seats as arthritis makes constant getting up and down off the floor a trial. The onsen were amazing and the extras provided in the private hotel one like skin cream, brushes etc made it extra special. The traditional evening meal was fantastic and there was plenty of choice at breakfast.
Negative: It was a pity that the hotel receptionists spoke so little English.

Positive: The Onsen facilities are amazing and as well the restaurants and food are delicious . Staff were very service oriented and very nice through all the stay .
Negative: How to get there from public transportation is a little bit challenging ( Sin Kobe Station ), plus if you have luggage , is complicated to get there since it is on a hill . We got to know there was a shuttle bus until we checked in , otherwise would be easier to reach the hotel .
