Positive: Beautiful view, comfortable bed, unique & delicious breakfast! We were able to take a lovely walk from the property along the mouth of the Smith River. The hosts are very attentive.
Negative: On the expensive end of B&Bs (though the ones I’ve stayed at have been in Ireland, Scotland, and the Southern part of the US, so maybe it’s the going rate for the area). Picture of the backyard is very different than the actual yard now, but it did not negatively impact our stay.

Positive: Arky's B&B is FANTASTIC! The master suite with the gorgeous sea view was amazing! Lovely and comfortable room with rocking chairs to enjoy the bird sanctuary. I've never seen so many pelicans in one place!! The room and home were absolutely spotless and well cared for. Richard and Ana were charming and helpful. The amazing Chinese breakfasts were authentic, delicious, and beautifully presented. The whole atmosphere was one of peace and tranquility. We would recommend Arky's for a beautiful and relaxing getaway. EXCELLENT!
Negative: The only thing that was at all difficult was driving 10-15 minutes to dinner, or a grocery store. Smith River is a small community.

Positive: Our room was exceptional- clean and comfortable. Our breakfast both days was phenomenal. Our hosts were kind and hospitable. The view out to the ocean was amazing.
Negative: I would have enjoyed coffee right when I woke up rather than needing to wait until it was served at our 8:30 am breakfast.

Positive: Richard and Ana put on a very nice breakfast. The room was nice with a lovely view of the ocean abundant wildlife (birds, otters) for viewing entertainment. The host were very kind and generous.

Positive: The view from our room was beautiful. I loved watching the seals play in the river, and the view was amazing. The breakfast that was prepared for us was excellent!
Negative: The only thing I was not a fan of was that there were other couples in the common area with us.
Summary: I would highly recommend Arby’s B and B. The home was lovely and exceptionally clean.
