Summary: The staff was wonderful! Excellent customer service. The room was clean and I loved the bed- very comfortable with great linens, pillows and the best blanket I’ve had at a hotel and I have been to nice properties. It came in handy because the room was cool. The cable was also good and the bathroom had a lighted mirror.

Summary: This was a great stay in Old San Juan. Not far from SJU, close to everything we wanted to do. From Castle Morro, to the pier, to everything in between. Great food and shopping options close by, and for a night pre-cruise we couldn't ask for anything more!

Summary: Room is small with no place to hang anything Plugs for phone nonexistent However staff very friendly. room was clean and bed ok Easy to trip on your suitcase if you have to use the toilet at night
