San Juan apartments in Old San Juan, walk to Port of San Juan
Fully air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment; accommodates up to four (4) persons. Base rates are based on 2 guests; an additional fee of $25/night/guest applies to any additional guest after the initial 2.
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a large dresser, and a closet. The living room has an L-shaped sofa that converts into two single beds. The living area has a TV with cable TV and a dining table that accommodates up to six people. A private bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom and living area. Remodeled and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels. Has a full Kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, cutlery, and cooking utensils. It also has four Juliet balconies with views of the historic city. The apartment is equipped with WiFi.
It has access to a large rooftop terrace, equipped with furniture ideal for sunbathing during the day and enjoying the stars and moon at night. The rooftop terrace is shared with the only other apartment in the building.
We have a parking space available in a garage one block from the property at an additional rate of $25/night, payable in advance and applicable to the entire stay (cannot be purchased for portions of the stay). Street parking is only for permanent residents and will incur a fine of $500.
A short walk from the property there are restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, churches, historical monuments, art galleries, hotels, museums, boutiques, and much more!

Summary: Right in the center of old san juan full of all the magic. Everything was very comfortable and clean :) nice vibes all around had a fantastic stay Would recommend 10/10 good AC and apple tv was a plus

Summary: The space was lovely with wonderful views of the cathedral and buildings of Old San Juan. The location can’t be beat as it is located within walking distance of everything one would want to see or do in Old San Juan. The Plaza de Armas was just around the corner with a fountain, occasional musicians, and our favorite outdoor coffee shop.

Summary: We found Naranja Dulce to be a comfortable and convenient place to stay for our visit to Old Town San Juan. It is around the corner from the Plaza de Armas, where there are two excellent coffee stands as well as a market and pharmacy for picking up essentials. I recommend picking up a case of water bottles when you arrive so you won’t have to buy any when you are out and about. Opening the balcony doors lets in the light and a gentle breeze. The view is ok but nothing special. We used the air conditioner in the bedroom at night, and it worked well.Old Town is a bustling city, and there will be street noise wherever you stay. Naranja Dulce is in a good location away from the noisy bars, so other than a few revelers occasionally passing by, it is relatively quiet at night. The garbage trucks are up early no matter where in San Juan you stay, but they pass through quickly. Most buildings in Old Town are old historic buildings that have been updated and don’t have elevators, so the three flights of stairs are to be expected. We had two maintenance issues during our stay. Both times we called Mayda, she answered the phone immediately and had maintenance people out the same day. Thanks, Mayda, for your responsiveness. Sometimes things happen, and it’s nice to know that you will be taken care of when needed.
