3 Bedroom House in Arrowtown

This lovely holiday home has been recently renovated to make it a modern, comfortable and warm property. It has three double bedrooms and separate shower and toilet. Catering fully for all of your needs. A large sun deck to sit out on in the summer time and a gas fire and heat pump to keep you warm in the winter. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave also laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Note: There is a separate self-contained sleep out with queen bed and king single also .
The sleep-out can be rented at a separate cost to the house. Please inquire at time of booking. Cost for sleep-out is $150.extra per night, sleeps 2.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in Arrowtown. Graeme’s rental was perfect for our party of 3 couples. We used the house and the sleep-out. Unlike many rentals there were a lot of staples in the cabinet. The neighborhood was lovely and it was a nice walk into town. Having a Four Square grocery a few doors down was super convenient for tourists on the go. There was great outdoor furniture to sit out and enjoy the yard. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.
