Summary: Finding Art and Lodging was a bonus to a get-away stay in South Bend. A beautifully restored home, this space also is located in a neighborhood within walking distance of the Oliver Mansion, the IU Civil Rights heritage center and some fine restaurants. A small place (only 8 guests at a time), this home has been meticulously up-dated, is clean, with a comfortable bed and a room heater which was just right on a cool evening. Our room had a half bath attached, with a full bathroom just down the hall. Our only concern was running out of warm water in the shower after a fairly short shower. Available snacks, a shared kitchen (well-equipped) and an easy-to-manage entry, along with a helpful text with parking, entrance and hospitality details made this simple to enjoy! Beautiful art throughout the home added a visual bonus; I'd love to take the stained glass lamp shades home to my home.

Summary: I was apprehensive about the place having so much shared space (specifically bathrooms) but it way super well maintained, clean, and I felt like they take very very good care of the place! I would come back.

Summary: Older home that has benn completely updated from top to bottom. Super clean and nice. We was there in December 20 degree outside. Orange room is a little drafty. A heater is provided. May want to bring a extra blanket. Would i stay here again? Definitely would this place is so cool
