Positive: Pool area is fantastic, the views of the castle are sensational. Perfect location in the heart of town. Apartments are very new, small but have what you need. Shower is really good, water pressure is amazing. Staff were very responsive and quick to resolve issues. Balcony is lovely. Big TV and great sofa. Really enjoyed the location, and avoiding the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. Very close to train station.

Negative: We had a few cleaning issues on our arrival and needed some bedding changed. Staff were really good at resolving this immediately. Room was cleanish but not overly clean. Smell of smoke was present through all of our floor and we had some challenging neighbours with noise at night. My main issue was the hardness of the beds, it was the worst on our travels so far, we told the staff of this issue and they changed the bed to a double set up, and this did help, so be sure to ask for this if you prefer a softer mattress. The washing machine is at a cost of 3 euros and the room is quite dirty so be sure to not drop anything on the floor. Coffee machine didn’t work. A few basics such as salt, pepper and oil would be really helpful.

Positive: Excellent location near train, groceries, restaurants and shops. Very comfortable beds, excellent shower, well equipped apartment with convenience of having a small kitchen and on-site laundry. Our apartment was very quiet and had a small balcony. Clean and new! Manager was quickly responsive via email message.

Negative: Your phone needs to be charged to use the bluetooth key app. which was a minor concern at the end of a long day out. However the app worked great and we had no problems.
