Summary: The Front Desk Manager Rabiah made all the difference in the world -- the Housekeeping staff was always professional and exceptionally professional.

Summary: The hotel is good - but, the personnel are Exceptional - Starting with Rabiah the front-desk manager / cook / concierge provided exceptional service at breakfast, was helpful with directing us to a laundry facility, grocery stores and restaurants. The Housekeeping team were also very diligent, polite, helpful and very thorough. Nicky was delightful and thorough Karisa was very polite and was very willing to help my wife move through the hotel and finally, Sam was exceptionally thorough. All of the personnel at the hotel truly increased our overall experience by "Two" Stars!
