Positive: Very clean and comfortable room. The amenities were adequate and I appreciated the separate kitchen room. The room is very soundproof and you can hear nothing when the window is locked. The bed is high-quality and quiet.

Negative: The bathroom and bedroom furniture were somewhat dated. The room lighting could be better in the evening.

Positive: The staff are always exceptional at this hotel. A friend injured his ankle during our stay and the staff did everything they could to make him comfortable.

Negative: The ground floor rooms are possibly quite vulnerable to burglary I imagine!
