Positive: The property itself is a great house with amazing yard. We had a great view. The room was artsy and cool, but as numerous places in Bulgaria, they made something 20 years ago, and don’t see the need to renovate/maintenance it ever.

Negative: The mattress of the bed was terrible, like it wasn’t changed for 20 years. There was a big dried up stain next to the fridge. Many webs. There was an old dirty bottle of dish soap in the bathroom that they use to refill with hand soap… And I know we are at the seaside, but if you are expecting guests it would be nice to ventilate the room (open the window and the door) because everything was damp and didn’t smell fresh to the point I put my shirt as a pillow cover.

Summary: Beautiful property with bad maintenance of the rooms.

Positive: Great staff and location. The yard is big and can be used freely. Pets friendly.

Negative: Just a minor thing. The AC's filters were dirty - allergies got triggered.
