Positive: Very tidy and well furnished rooms. The service was great. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on the main street of the village and in walking distance from two beautiful beaches and many shops and restaurants. It was an absolute pleasure for us to stay there and we'll definitely go back.

Positive: It was very clean and spacious. The cleang was every day. Changes of linen if you stay too long. You have a nice big terrace and plenty of room to move around. The area is quiet and you can realy relax. Definitely recommend for the pricè is not bad at all comparing with others. And not to forget, the pictures are misleading it looks a lot better. It is like new.

Positive: Location was perfect for us, just outside the centre so it nice and quiet, but still 5-10min away from where we wanted to go. Sinemorec is a nice little village, one of the few places left along the coast where you can experience village tourism with multiple nice beaches in the vicinity. The Doctor's house was the perfect place to complete this experience, clean and with character. Lipite beach is completely wild and definitely worth visiting, while Veleka is very beautiful but rather unpractical as it gets very deep extremely quickly. Butaniata beach is of course like every other commercialized beach on the Bulgarian black sea coast, used to be perfect and picturesque before the all inclusive hotels were build literally over it.
