Summary: We had an amazing stay! Scenic views were amazing. Found many yooperlites. Just a couple things I would change when having big groups for longer times. Keep cleaning supplies handy. Had to hunt for a broom and dust pan, paper towels. Description says can host 12 to 14. We originally were going to have 12 but only 8 of us made it and definitely not enough seating. Needs to be more seating outside for sure for everyone to enjoy it. We had to buy a chair just so we had enough for everyone. Other than a few minor things the stay was great, communication with the hosts were amazing. Overall a great stay!

Summary: The location of the property was wonderful and private! The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because the bathroom door sticks and has to be either yanked open from inside or knocked open from the outside (very difficult for kids). It also had a slight animal smell and no air conditioning. The weather was great though, so the air situation was barely noticeable! The walk to the beach was a little difficult, but that was completely apparent from the listing. We found yooperite and agate on the beach, listened to loons in the mornings, listened to waves crash on the beach, smelled the lilacs that were right outside the windows, and fully enjoyed the privacy! We would stay again!

Summary: Really enjoyed all the views of the lake. Beautiful sunsets. Found many yooper lites on the beach. Very close to calumet water works and hiking trail. Enjoyed the mine tour at Quincy mine. Our whole family made many memories.

Summary: I had another wonderful stay at this property with my boyfriend and dog. One of our favorite parts is the location of this home on the Keweenaw waters of Michigans Upper Peninsula. Beautiful spot to look for rocks enjoy the beach, and to come inside after (or outside for a fire) for some s’mores and family time. The locations that surround are historic with so many amazing sites to see. Still with it being on the lake, you’re also about 25 minutes from Houghton which has a Walmart and is a bigger city if you needed anything. Thank you Jason and Misty for everything!
