Summary: Comfortable house. Even with continuous snow drive way and sidewalks were clear of snow and plenty of parking for our work trucks. Better than staying in a hotel all week.

Summary: Very clean, nice, and comfortable home. Its very convenient if you plan on riding the local trails. Since its an older house the stairs to the bedrooms and bathroom are quite narrow and steep, but not bad at all, just something to keep in mind. It is more of a guest house, but Threse and Mike were so kind and welcoming. We appreciated the time to chat with them to learn the history of the homes and see their beautiful garden. We would definitely come back again.

Summary: This was the perfect place for my husband and me. The host was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The host gave me some freshly picked berries that were delicious. The cabin worked perfect for us; it could easily occupy a couple of families. We enjoyed the trail nearby for a nice walk in the woods right across from the property. The cabin had all the things we needed. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it if you are looking for a place in the area.

Summary: I enjoyed the convenience of nearby Calumet and close to Houghton. It’s very nice and the host is responsible. Good choice

Summary: House had plenty of room and was comfortable. Typical cottage with wolf pictures and lots of chairs and couches in the living room. We appreciated the kitchen with utensils and pots and pans. Bed in main bedroom had a bit of sag in middle but was fine. Only complaint was that card that identified user name and password didn’t work. The host told us they had to leave work to reboot it and that it was a problem with our computers or cell phones. We got one of the WiFi options to work after it was rebooted.
