Positive: Spacious and clean. Near to places of interest at the eastern end of the island. The mini-mart within the resort was convenient.

Negative: Lane from the main road leading to the villa was narrow and only single lane.

Positive: We had a room with our own pool and jacuzzi which was very nice! The beds were comfortable, we got slippers from the hotel. The shower was lovely and the room was very big! The people were also very friendly.

Negative: The road to the hotel is a bit difficult in the dark so be prepared for that.

Positive: We had a comfortable stay after a red-eye flight. The beds and pillows were comfortable and supportive. We liked that there are different air conditioning units for the living and sleeping areas. We also appreciated there was plenty of space for 3 persons to lounge/sit around. Hotel provided laundry powder for the washing machine. Lady who checked out in was friendly and helpful, she also provided recommendations for places to visit based on the weather forecast.

Negative: We had requested for a ground floor unit but we were assigned an unit on the second floor, which caused some inconvenience for my elderly parent. The location of the washing machine was in an odd location, we could only access it through the bedroom where it was not sheltered, so we were drenched in rain when we were doing our laundry.

Positive: Lovely big rooms and bathroom. Own private decked area outside with spa pool. Shop on site was very handy as not that much else around. You definitely need a car here! The pool looked lovely but it wasn't in use when we were there. Very clean and friendly staff. Good base to explore from. Cooking area which is very handy but it wasn't lacking in equipment - could have done with some knives, a bigger frying pan, wooden spoon etc. would definitely recommend.

Positive: the place was nice, clean and big! loved the robes, slippers and coffee given.

Negative: a little difficult to locate it on naver as its not listed as arts spa but arechu. the drive in is also a long 1 way dirt road making it difficult for cars coming in and out. also the central heating and aircon was difficult to locate in the room, better signages would help

Positive: Big, clean rooms with personal jacuzzi. Well equipped with a nice kitchen. We liked how spacious and clean our place was. Location was great as we were planning on visiting seongsan illchubong (sunrise peak), Udo Island & surrounding sites in eastern jeju during our stay, and the resort is very accessible to these places.

Negative: While location was great, however the way into the resort was rather tricky as one would have to manoeuvre through a narrow road which would be challenging if there was an oncoming vehicle from the opposite direction. And it can get dark along this narrow road in the night. No fault on the part of the resort, as we enjoyed our stay, but it'd be good to be aware.
