Enter in off of Charlton Street, and step right into your new home away from home. Upon entering you'll find the cozy and quaint living room, with a flat screen television, and an ample amount of seating. You'll additionally find the intimate dining space, perfect for home-cooked meals or take out! Adjacent to the dining space, the fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. At the back of the home, the bedroom is tucked away and fitted with a plush Full bed, and upgraded bathroom with a shower and tub combination.
Set off on foot towards the city; just a few blocks away from Colonial Park Cemetery, the Fountain at Forsyth Park, and several notable squares like Chippewa Square and Wright Square. The Downtown Design District is nearby with a variety of local shops, including Number Four Eleven, One Fish Two Fish, and shopSCAD. Walk North on Bull Street to cut through some of the city's most breathtaking green spaces, ending at the River front.
Nearby dining options abound, with Clary's Cafe a solid choice for breakfast and the famous Mrs. Wilkes Restaurant for the best Southern food around. For dinner, dress up for fine dining at The Olde Pink House, or choose casual fare at The Public Kitchen and Bar.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a real find. Located on a quiet street in the heart of the historic district, walkable to all the main sites. It was very clean, and has a little patio area out back. The bed was very comfortable. Management called to tell us they had to get some unexpected last minute cleaning done, which was not a problem as we were arriving late. I thought that was quite considerate of them. Highly recommend!

Very clean, quiet and easy access to places in the area. The only down side for us was all of the remotes- took us most of our stay to figure out how to operate all the lights- that being said the light effects were pretty cool.

Summary: Charming cottage and well equipped. Immaculately clean and very modern and high end kitchen. Seemed a little overcrowded with extra lamps, small tables, stools etc. but comfortable nonetheless . Very walkable to everything that wonderful Savannah has to offer!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is fine - convenient (walking distance) to downtown, close to a dog park, quiet neighborhood. The inside of the property was very small and cluttered. The size is fine, but there were so many pieces of furniture that it felt very crowded and the property is over 120 years old, which you can feel in the floors (did not feel stable). The listing says that there is a queen size bed, but there is NOT - it's at best a smallish full size bed. We contacted Luck Savannah about the bed and the response was that they could not move us to a different property unless it was un-inhabitable.

Kitchen was well equipped for our needs and it was very clean. It had extra furniture, chairs etc that took up space and made it feel tighter than it needed to but all in all it was just what we needed.

Summary: Location was outstanding. Easy walk to anywhere downtown, including River Street. I was there for part business, so no closet anywhere, no ironing board or standard iron was disappointing. Dog crates in the bedroom were also unwelcome as we had no pets and these cluttered the floor in a small bedroom already cramped. Location, though, was terrific.

Reviewer Comments: Rental in a good location- 15 minutes walking to either the River Walk or Forsyth Park. Free on street parking may be a problem some evenings due to boys/girls club on the same block. A dog park is only 2 blocks away and St John's Cathedral 3 blocks. Neighbors are quiet and the back private patio was great. Only drawback was the heat on chilly days. It is heated by 2 AC units which could not keep up when the temps dropped into the 30s and low 40s. I purchased a small heater and it worked in raising the temp. Dining room was a little crowded due to 6 chairs but I stacked a few which made it easier to get to the bathroom.
