Summary: The oven didn't work

Summary: Ac kept going automatically from 21 to 29. Bin had not been emptied. Could not get Wifi or any TV. TV was on the floor so would have been hard to see if it worked. Bed was on wheels and kept moving around. Rang the office at 6pm on the Friday in relation to TV & Wifi but she said we would have to wait until 10am the next day to get any assistance. I asked for another room but she said there were no rooms available. We eventually got offered another room at 12pm on Saturday.

Summary: Our airconditioning unit barely worked which resulted in us having to sleep with the balcony doors open, the room was not very clean, the shower temperature was highly sensitive and would go from cold to hot at random. We did not enjoy our stay. Good location though.

Summary: Staff were incredible and accomodating. Studio Apartment was clean, spacious and had beautiful views. Perfect layout, definitely staying again.

Summary: The location of the apartment is great for access to all of Broadbeach. Be aware that reception is open limited hours. You need to check on the door because the hours were not the same as stated in the email I received.

Summary: The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. We were in Room 14 and it was clean, comfortable and well maintained. A great room for the Groundwater Festival or any other Broadbeach festival. Recommended!
