Positive: Close to the centre and super markets. Friendly staff with prompt attention to complaints. Good security services. Had a good breakfast buffet with a good spread of tasty food
Negative: Old and dilapidated. One bathroom needs to be refurbished. Electrical system was old and light of the Second Barth room had to be repaired twice.
Summary: Overall we had a comfortable stay.

Positive: It is a total resort! It has everything! Best location, close to absolutely everything including airport! I have stayed over 100 times and going again! I have been every where in Jakarta but I don’t test other places no more! Every place is close! It’s very large aswell!
Negative: Every thing is great! Location, gym, massive swimming pools! Great buffet! Large rooms, 5 stars…classic building! 2 mini markets also almost inside makes buying everything easy!

Positive: Good location, but that's it.
Negative: - Room wasn't available when we came, although we came after check-in hour. - Room is outdated especially bathroom needs major overhaul. - Limited number of elevators when we stayed. We had to wait 30min to get elevator. - Only staff at reception was nice enough. The rest didn't even bother to even smile to their guests. - Parking garage needs better lighting.
