Positive: Our family loves everything about this place. The Hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts have variations and delicious. We love the swimming pool and the restaurant next to it :D There's also supermarket and MRT Stasiun in walking Distance. It just center enough for us near Senayan. Location is just perfect! Beds are comfy and It has utensils that we need in the kitchen. We didn't cook much, because outside the hotel you can find a variety of Foods or order GoFood :D They have a playground and gym, it looks good, but unfortunately we didn't have time to use them.
Negative: The fact that it's in the center of Jakarta make you can't avoided crazy traffic Jam. (Beside the sunday morning though, when they have this Sunday free car day) And the pollution when we get out in the balcony. But once again, it's not the Hotel's fault. Some people would choose the more modern hotels, but we love this classic and old furniture of it, it brings us to the old good time.. We would recommend this hotel.

Positive: I like the room sizes. They are as big as 1 bedroom apartment. They have everything from living room couch, smart TV, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with appliances. Staff and cleaning is perfect. They also helped me store food item and my clothes for 2 weeks until I return from Bali.
Negative: I don't like the lifts. You have to wait long time and bunch of people there because this building is very huge 50+ storey.

Positive: Close to the centre and super markets. Friendly staff with prompt attention to complaints. Good security services. Had a good breakfast buffet with a good spread of tasty food
Negative: Old and dilapidated. One bathroom needs to be refurbished. Electrical system was old and light of the Second Barth room had to be repaired twice.
Summary: Overall we had a comfortable stay.
