Positive: Host is great, he is always online for any requests and really willing to help. Add him as a contact on whatsapp. We had lots of great recommendations from him as well. Rooms are great, have powerful airco, shower and hot tub in our room were awesome, however you can lock someone accidentally in bath as you can't unlock from the other side. We didn't try pool but area next to pool is cozy. Willa has 5 dedicated rooms so it can be crowded. Parking lot can fit 5 cars but maybe it would require shuffle on exit. But as we were alone it wasn't a problem. In the evening it is quiet place to sit on the balcony. Internet is fast so you can watch YouTube hd. Also hosts are always checking who is moving in the open areas so we were feeling super safe. Room service is on demand so you need to ask to clean up the room.

Negative: Neighbors have loud dogs. Without a car it is hard to get anywhere.
