Summary: We felt very lucky to stay here. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautiful. We loved the courtyard outside our room as well as the roof terrace. Everything was beautiful. We also enjoyed the amazing breakfasts each morning. We did 2 tours arranged by the hotel and each one was very well organized and included snack bags and lunch. We truly appreciated the attention to detail.

Summary: The hotel is so pretty and we’re obsessed with the decor and vibe. Everyone at the hotel is so friendly. Being first time in cuba, I’m glad we stayed here. There’s always someone in the hotel in case we need any information about anything, everyone speaks English which us a plus for us. They even took the initiative to reach out to inform us about what we need to know about cuba which is every helpful. Definitely will stay here again when we’re back.

Summary: Fantastic place. Super helpful and friendly staff and present owner. Arranged awesome tours. Amazing private rooftop garden/patio. Lovely room with every possible amenity. Very thoughtfully designed and appointed. Breakfast/coffee room on first floor is wonderful. The food excellent. If you are looking to get an authentic experience of the old city of Havana, this is hte perfect place.

Summary: Andre and staff were amazing before we arrived. He communicated with me and provided important information from the moment I booked our stay. He helps you navigate the beautiful city. AS Boutique Residence is the perfect place to stay. The design, architecture, talent and style was beyond my expectations. Breakfast was included and every morning was a treat. Nelson and Alive were very sweet and knowledgeable. We loved our trip.

Summary: The accommodations at this property are fantastic. Wonderful room with amenities and room service. Nice public space and tasty breakfasts. The staff are exceptional - knowledgeable, supportive, and available to endure a great visit. The neighborhood is edgy and therefore colorful and vibrant but also requires street smarts. Everything is walkable though and you’re in the heart of Havana, not a tourism representation.

Summary: Alive was a great host and very kind and helpful, the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in my travels, the room is super comfortable which was not expected from seeing the area around. It’s in a very run down area of Havana but do not worry it is super safe and I walked around at night so don’t let this put you off. There is some great bars close by and very friendly people

Summary: This is a terrific spot - atmospheric, memorable and right in the middle of what Habana Vieja has to offer. The room was comfortable and very nicely appointed - stylish and modern. Staff was incredibly helpful and ready with lots of recommendations for where to go, and very willing to help with reservations ahead of time. For Americans who need to follow OFAC rules while in Cuba, all of the recommendations are compliant, which reduces stress considerably. The property is right in the middle of Habana Vieja, so you'll hear some noise at night - the building is hundreds of years old and right up against other buildings. This may not be to everyone's taste, but it's all part of staying in the old center of the city. Highly, highly recommended!

Summary: A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE! As Havana (and Cuba) continue to rebuild from the pandemic, AS Boutique Residences provide all the comforts we needed to enjoy our 4 day trip in Havana. EXCELLENT breakfasts and coffee, caring staff, safe and welcoming environment, refined touches and comfort. This a beautiful hotel that did not dissapoint! We'd recommend this establishment to anyone traveling to Havana. It's walking distance to all the major attractions. We felt very safe in this hotel and highly recommend!
