A craftsman home built in 1924, perfectly located at the north end of Asbury Park along a quiet tree-lined street just across from Deal Lake. The property is secluded, surrounded by a 11' privet hedge & wooden privacy fence. A beautifully designed 5 bedroom layout that fits 11 people comfortably with 2 additional couches for those extras to spread out. Main entrance is from a small front porch into a large sunroom that opens to a screened in porch. 2nd level houses the living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen. 3rd level has 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed and 3 exposures and one with full-size bed and 2 exposures, and 1 full bath with prewar large soaking tub and shower. 4th Level: 1 bedroom and one full spa-like bath, with steam shower. Top floor has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 full size & 1 twin beds the 2nd bedroom has a full size bed. An extremely comfortable home with many places to find your own private time or common spaces to be with your group. The great outdoors has it all; large pool, lounge chairs, dining area, propane grill, 5 bikes, 8 beach chairs, and many outdoor games. You may never want to leave the property. But the beach is only 9 blocks an easy walk, bike ride, drive and now new public scooters. There are many new restaurants & retail shops all along the boardwalk & downtown. Summary: Our family got to enjoy a week down the shore while staying in this beautiful home in Asbury Park. The home was beautifully decorated and cozy with lots of room to spread out our extended family of 8. We enjoyed cooking meals in the well stocked kitchen and dining al fresco by the pool. The house had everything needed to enjoy a day at the beach or lounge by the pool. Hope to stay here again!

Summary: This was my second time staying at this fabulously well-appointed house. It was a perfect size for my sister and our 4 children ages 18-25. There were several places to congregate together - the pool and dining room were our favorites, as well plenty of spaces to read or relax quietly alone. The owner was very responsive to any questions, the house was very clean, the location was perfect - walkable to the boardwalk as well as to Cookman and the neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Summary: This really is a wonderful place to spend some time. Easy to everywhere, kids(young adults) walked home from the beach no call for a ride. The house itself wraps its arms around and says you are home. Truly delightful.

Summary: This house is perfect for family/friend gatherings. It looks exactly as the listing shows--if not better. The kitchen is completely stocked; the best rental kitchen we've ever had. The house is gorgeous with excellent A/C on hot days and a gorgeous pool. The house has everything you need--towels, beach chairs and blankets, lawn games, pool floats, indoor games. It's a fabulous location very close to the beach. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for the wonderful week.
