3 Bedroom Condo in Asbury Park

3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in newly renovated Park Place building on the North side of town. Located just two blocks from the beach/boardwalk, minutes from Convention Hall, and 3/4 of a mile from the world famous Stone Pony!
Spacious living room has comfortable seating, flat screen TV, and amazing views of Deal Lake. Modern kitchen includes 5 burner gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher and gorgeous quartz counter tops. Breakfast bar has chic retro orange stools, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a happy hour cocktail. The dining room table extends to accommodate all guests with room to spare. The balcony is currently off limits as we await repair/replacement, but the sliding doors let in tons of natural light nonetheless.
Master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom. Two other guest bedrooms feature queen beds and share a full bath in hallway.
The unit also comes with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach badges for 6 adults.

Summary: This is our 4th year coming back to Marc and Suzanne’s beautiful condo because they make you feel so welcome and communication is great. The home has a light and beachy feel and is super clean. It is well stocked with everything you need for cooking, books to read, games to play and best of all 2 blocks to the beach. You can see sunset lake from the living room and porch and watch beautiful sunsets. They also supply 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas in a locker at the 7th Ave. Beach entrance. Our best recommendation for staying is we intend to come back next year to have some more Glory Days.

Summary: Me and my family spent summer vacation in Asbury Park. We had wonderful experience. The unit was close to Jersey shore 🏝️, well furnished. It had all amenities as advertised including beach passes were provided by the host.

Summary: This is our third stay at this condo. We love everything about it. 2 blocks from the beach, comfortable to entertain family and friends, clean, well stocked in the kitchen. Added bonus, beach chairs, umbrellas, tables and beach toys stored in the locker at the beach. Great responsive hosts and very helpful with recommendations. We will be back next summer!

Summary: An incredibly well appointed, updated and spacious condo that is a block and a half from the North Asbury beach. Walking distance to everything, including the best restaurants on Cookman, Mutiny BBQ, and the Grateful Deli. Ample on-street parking and one reserved space. The building and neighborhood are quiet despite being 5 blocks from the Stone Pony Summer Stage -- we took in a few shows and then had a quiet stroll back home. Within the unit: well laid out and supplied kitchen. Huge fridge. In-room AC that cranked out cold air. Two walk-in showers. The beach locker was a huge win for cabanas, boogie boards and extra gear, so the short walk to the beach was more about laughing (or planning lunch) than lugging an armada of chairs and gear. My family has deep roots in Asbury going back to the original Palace Amusements; this truly felt like going home again. We'll be back.

Summary: The property is extremely clean and in a great location. The condo had a very comfortable, hip vibe with minimal decor. I did not pack a lot of clothes, so I’m glad I was able to do laundry in the unit. The owner was very responsive and answered my questions right away. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We loved our stay in Asbury Park and are already thinking about returning next year. The apartment is in a really lovely neighborhood and building, about two blocks from the beach entrance at 7th or 8th. We did a lot of walking back and forth to the beach, and it was quick and easy, especially since beach chairs and umbrellas are stored in a locker at the beach for you. The apartment is lovely and SUPER clean. We most appreciated all of the things that were provided to make our stay convenient and comfortable--laundy and dish detergent, spices and cooking oil, coozies and cooler bags, beach bags and ice packs. If we thought, "it would be nice if we had. . . ", we would find it in the apartment. Marc was very quick to correspond with me at booking and got in touch on check-in day to make sure all was well. I appreciated his attentiveness. The beds were comfortable. The showers had great water pressure. The A/C cooled the place nicely. Overall, a perfect place to stay in Asbury Park!

Summary: This unit is a winner! It was the perfect home base for our stay in AP. Convenient location to visit family in Avon & Bradley. This condo was extraordinarily clean & well stocked & it had a dedicated parking spot. Quiet with wonderful beds. Marc also provided an excellent notebook with instructions for the unit & restaurant recs. Everything worked. Marc was quick to respond to my questions & made check in & check out easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Outsanding location to beach and restaurants. Completely equipped kitchen. Spacious rooms with 2 baths nicely accomodated all guests. Locker on the beach filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again. Marc is a great host.
