Positive: Wonderful staff - all super nice and kind. Location was excellent. Super quiet and tranquil location.
Negative: Sorry it's a small item but pillow was way too big - BUT to be fair they did have an alternative in the wardrobe but I didn't find it until day 2 ....... so my bad but first night was not great nights sleep for me.
Summary: Super good and would definitely stay again

Positive: I am very happy with my stay. I asked for an early check in which was not possible so they offered me an upgrade. then I could have the room on time to get prepared for my work. thank you so much again, and the upgrade was superb!
Negative: nothing, I liked it all !

Positive: The check-in was great. Lovely architecture and great people. The room was very roomy, with loads of space between the bed, the desk and the shower. I liked the positioning of the dressing-mirror and the sound insolation of the room. The working desk is great, for when needing a quiet place to work during the day. Slept great on the mattress and cover. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, since groningen is so small and abunand in options, for example doppio (good coffee) and albert heijn (breakfast) on a 4 min. walk. Would book again when in Groningen.
Negative: I missed a topper on the double bed. This was not ideal, since moving to the middle moves each mattress and creates a seam. The showerhead is fixed and I prefer a shower head I can move around. Also the water pressure (on 1st floor) was not ideal. These are minor things.
