Positive: Lovely and quiet location. Property was clean and tidy, owners were easy to contact and quick to respond to queries.
Negative: Heating was difficult to control which meant it got a bit hot and when we tried to cool it down, it didn’t appear to work, so ended up opening the windows.
Summary: Lovely little spot for our overnight stay

Positive: A lovely complex of lodges, perfect accommodation for a family of four spending the weekend at Alton Towers. Accommodation was clean and tastefully decorated. Huge garden area, towels and linens provided. Complimentary slippers were a nice touch. Comfy beds. Highly recommend. Thank you for having us
Negative: Nothing not to like. Could do with a hook on the bathroom door

Negative: It wasn't as clean as it could have been and the cooker was dirty and the outside of the French doors where covered in cobwebs and grubby

Positive: Location was lovely and as a family with 2 small children, being fenced off and set into the far corner of the plot, Ash Lodge allowed them to be outside without any concerns. Host was very responsive and friendly.
Negative: Double bed was a bit too hard for our liking, but that's a personal choice. Other than that, the property was great.
Summary: Ash Lodge provided a clean, safe and secure environment for us during our stay.

Positive: Good location to visit family , lots of space outside for grandchildren and dog to play. All fresh and new inside .
Negative: The only worry was the fence was not secure for dogs as they were able to get under the fence into next gardens. Chicken wire around the lower fence would secure it .
