Positive: Not a lot it would be a great stay if there were basic information on the area if it had been cleaned properly cob
Negative: It was dirty found a burnt sausage in the oven which she said she had cleaned the kitchen everywhere was dusty cob webs in every room even on the wine rack. They could have in the add put that you can only use Evo friendly as there was very little left to use we bought our own. Not even a welcome pack.
Summary: Worst one yet. And that is saying something we left two days early

Positive: It was beautiful situated and you felt you were sitting in the the trees with such lovely views from the bedroom window. It was a slightly cool late spring day, but the vendor had the heating on , which made it really cozy.
Negative: The stairs are very steep.
Summary: An excellent away from it all stay, fantastic for my little dog.

Positive: It is self catering, the keys were in a lock box but easy to find and easy to open. The studio was spacious, spoke to the owner, he was very friendly and welcoming. Everything that we needed was provided... In fact, I did tell the owner that I was ready to buy it and move in. Absolutely brilliant, If you are looking for dog friendly, in a good location for walks, close to Lincoln and Grimsby, (for fish and chips), your not going to get much better. Large garden for the dog to run free... We had our own small garden to let the dog out in the evening and morning too.
Negative: I didn't like the fact that there wasn't anything to dislike ... WIFI, heating, lighting included.. there is nothing to complain about.
Summary: Brilliant accommodation, excellent location, We loved it, Benji, (the dog), loved it... Enjoy.

Positive: the property was very nice good layout a little quirky, the gardens were quite extensive with pear trees and lawns, very quiet a good distance from the road,
Negative: would have been nice to have a bus service into Market Rason

Positive: the studio was very clean comfortable bed really quiet area a really get away from it all place to stay
Negative: it was hard to find in the dark but thats just a opinion i have nothing to complain about my stay

Positive: Excellent location and accommodation, 5 minutes from the nearest town. The property was clean, comfortable and ideal for couples. Gardens are huge and amazing fruit trees. Host friendly and pleasant but not imposing. Looking forward to returning.
Negative: The spiral stairs take a bit of getting used to but added to the charm of the accommodation, very difficult to think of anything negative
