Negative: Shower cubicle head height compromised. It is a basement with two small windows, so is dark.

Positive: A cute, cosy apartment, I had a fantastic sleep in the bedroom which was ideal for rest - quiet, dark and pleasantly cool. The area is peaceful. Parking our car a minute's walk away was very easy. Waitrose is right there and then the town is five minutes walk away. Otley itself is charming and we had a tasty breakfast by the River Wharf at Buon Apps (recommended). There are all sorts of helpful extra bits and pieces in Ashfield provided by the host. Plus there are leaflets about nearby attractions, events, and timetables. You can tell the owner is thoughtful and puts their care into the place. The layout was well designed and for the two of us the flat felt very spacious.
Negative: My partner (tall) said the shower was designed for short people!

Positive: Quirky lay out. Had absolutely everything we needed for our stay and also some we may have needed like painkillers! Comfy bed. Hot shower. Good Wifi. Space heaters if needed. We didn't use the TV. About 4 mins walk to Waitrose. 5 mins walk to the venues for the music festival we were attending. We would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to visit again

Positive: I stayed here over the weekend after the May-heatwave and it didn’t disappoint. It was very peaceful and quiet, As it was located downstairs, heat was no issue. Well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Close to the local Waitrose and the town centre. Parking was no problem. The WiFi was good.
