Summary: Room was amazing and cleaned every day. Staff were really friendly. Hotel is in a prime location for the trams/trains at Heuston station, close enough to the city centre but far enough out from the hustle and bustle. Would 100% stay again.

Summary: Comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located near bus and tram. The room was a little too warm, and we couldn’t change the heat setting beyond a few degrees. Otherwise, very nice hotel and amenities.

Summary: Friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable, but my view was a wall a couple of metres in front of the window. OK as I was on business and only there for a night, but not a room for those on a leisure trip.

Summary: The lobby was beautiful, the doorman was warm and helpful. The staff and the breakfast were exceptionally wonderful! The room itself was okay and the bathroom wasn’t great but the beds were clean and comfortable. It is very close to Heuston Station which makes it a convenient location.

Summary: Quicker checkin and room to be ready. I called 6 hours before going to hotel to ask for room to be ready. We were sent to the bar amd afyer 40 mins room was ready
