Positive: Clean, tidy, well-appointed two room apartment. The host was fabulous and most helpful. Coffee, tea, milk, cereal all provided. Good area of Dublin, excellent local amenities, and we could walk into the city centre. Bus also just round the corner. We would definitely return.

Positive: Very clean and very spacious apartment. The host was extremely helpful, helped with detailed information about everything, which saved us a lot of time. The location is excellent! Near to the bus station (3 minutes walk), great restaurants and cafes just around the corner.

Positive: Spotlessly clean, superb location for Dublin and the races at Leapodstown fantastic facilities and little touches kitchen was well stocked everything you could need and extra. Great value for money. Alan was absolutely amazing and went over and above to make us welcome show us round make sure we were happy Alan is a fabulous host

Positive: Our stay was excellent, perfect location for what we needed, only 10 minutes approx. on the bus to city centre. Alan was a great host and exceeded our expectations, we travelled by car and parking was available outside the property. Couldnโ€™t fault our stay at all.

Positive: This is a little oasis on the outskirts of the city centre. The whole experience was amazing. We were 2 couples with a bedroom & bathroom each. The beds were very comfortable, and all the towels & linen of a high standard. We slept so well as the area is very quiet and safe, not a sound at night! There is a separate cosy sitting room & kitchen, all well equipped. The place was spotless. The location was great for public transport into city, airport & UCD. But best of the lot was Alan our host who was so generous and his attention to detail amazing. We definitely will be back.

Positive: Alan was an excellent host, greeted us upon arrival and showed us around, had lots of information on the local area, places to eat and nearest shops etc, was also able to lend me a phone charger because if forgotten my own. immaculate property and had thought of everything, lots of useful notes around the place. I would stay here again and highly recommend. comfortable beds, warm showers, cosy place. had everything we needed.

Positive: The flat was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The mattress was very good. Alan was really friendly and helpful and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed nothing was too much trouble and he very kindly left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy Location is great with shops/cafes just a short walk away.
Negative: Nothing If Iโ€™m being very picky it would have been nice to have slightly bigger bath towels.
Summary: Fabulous host, very comfortable apartment and great location
