Summary: Strangely enough if you book 1 adult and 1 child and choose the option for breakfast. It's only for the adult and not the child. With all the other 3 hotels I stay din BKK everyone in the booking had breakfast. No information about this. Got a room with a view over a staircase.

Summary: The hotel overall is fine. Great staff service, great ambience lobby, very convenient link bridge to the BTS station. However the lack of security at the lift is a bit worrying. Any stranger could have gone up to the rooms. Another con is the pillow is too low, it could cause some stiff necks in the morning. The hotel is going through some renovation. I would not penalised for that, however I would say there is an annoying phone that kept ringing at the walkway area. It is so persistent and annoying that it rang early in the morning. Last but not least, the breakfast is too repetitive.

Summary: The staff are very helpful but the hotel is outdated blanket is too old bed is uncomfortable The room has only one outlet to charge electronic stuff bathroom has no outlet no hair dryer It's very simple rolm and outdated. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone with this price you can find other hotels that more modern and convenient than this hotel.

Summary: Good value for dollars handy walking distant to shopping mall next to bts restaurant in hotel or plenty of eating place nearby. But can be noisy from car motorcycle at night my room on 9th floor next to main rood.

Summary: The room was spacious and the place itself was very nice. It was about a 30-minute taxi ride to most places, which was convenient for us, so we really liked the location. On our last day, after checking out, we had a 3-hour wait in the lobby for our taxi to the airport. We were sitting and half lying down on the sofa, resting our feet on a chair (with our shoes off, of course), just trying to relax. However, the security guard didn’t seem to like that. There was also a table in the lobby with lights inside it — it looked like a furniture to us— so we placed our water bottle on it. The guard politely told us we weren’t allowed to put anything on the table. It didn’t make much sense to us, then we understood the tables were for decor not for use. but he was respectful both times, so it wasn’t a big issue. Maybe it’s just a cultural thing in Asia where you’re expected to sit more formally in shared spaces. Overall though, the room was excellent, and we’d definitely recommend this place to others.

Summary: I can not believe my good fortune finding this hotel! Perfect location, close to the end of the Airport train line. So nice from the moment you step inside. I can’t believe how modern yet it captures the essence of old Siam. I want to live in this hotel.

Summary: Demanded everyone’s ID not used to that, in room TV did not work, called guy came to look at it.said nothing he could do, all menus only available on TV, refrigerator barely working, and hotel does not supply hand towels or wash clothes
