Positive: It was cozy and felt like it was an actual living space, not just a place to crash.
Negative: The water temperature direction is not labeled on any of the faucets, and the water temperature takes a while to change. This resulted in it taking an unnecessary amount of time to get it right, regardless of whether it was a sink or the shower.

Positive: Beautiful condo in a prime location. Booked for anniversary trip. Enjoyed all of the plants, the cozy living room with a cup of tea and a book. Clean, safe and private. Two great restaurants and a coffee shop downstairs. Was easy to walk to nearby parks during the day. Short drive to stores or about 20 minutes from the hot springs. We had a great week staying here and would definitely book again! Laundry is a nice touch to have. High ceilings and a great view from the windows and the rooftop of the mountains. We also had no issues with cleanliness, locked doors or keypads as some other reviews had shown. We truly appreciate our stay and the memories of our trip!
Negative: Some notes but these did not affect our view of our stay!King bed is uncomfortable and sunk in the middle, wood frame unsteady. Plants may need watered. Master bedroom curtain does not raise all the way. It would have been nice if shower had a curtain. Could also use extra stocked coffee, toilet paper, laundry pods, and batteries replaced in remote.
Summary: Wonderful cozy stay!

Positive: Easy parking, nice lobby, very inviting. The apartment had very nice appliances, large BR and closet for easy use.
Negative: The apartment is stuffed with furniture and plants. Obviously the owner loves plants which is cool, but it was almost impossible to move around. It did not look like the pictures in the ad. A huge tree by the toilet was disconcerting. It could use some Kleenex/tissues, less plants. Also, it should be noted that it’s over 2 restaurant/bars which was convenient but also very loud on Sat night where they had a DJ and line dancing. I’m sure that was fun but we didn’t know it would go on until nearly midnight. Expectations are important.
Summary: Ok stay, could be better with a few changes. Thanks.

Positive: This spot was BEAUTIFUL! Great lighting, beautiful views, so many live plants, and super clean! The beds were "meh" but everything else was so great & convenient that it didn't matter to me. This unit was in a building with a restaurant, social club, AND the cutest sister-owned cafe with the best breakfast sandwiches, coffees, and refreshers! So convenient :)
Negative: The beds/furniture. I slept in the larger bedroom & the bed made a ton of noise and didn't feel very sturdy when rolling over. Wasn't super comfortable but totally fine for a night or two, especially with how great everything else was.
Summary: A beautiful mountain view, surrounded by live plants & good coffee.

Negative: Not the greatest surrounding area, kind of on the edge of town, but you are an 8 minute drive from everywhere.

Positive: This rental was incredible! The plants and design were so nice and cozy! I loved the coffee shop and bars on the first floor. Everything I could have needed was there. The people that worked downstairs were so friendly and the food was delicious! Plus they had entertainment. I never wanted to leave the unit! I was so sad to leave. Amazing location, very close to downtown and parks. Perfect spot for a vacation rental! I highly recommend staying here. It is much better than a hotel, very private. It is also really quiet! Noise does come through the front door but you can't hear anything else. Light and bright.
Negative: A little more information would have been nice. I wasn't given the code for the entrance or elevator so I had to contact VACASA to gain entrance after a ten hour drive. Then I had to get a resident to help me because there is a trick to using the keypads. So that was a big bummer. I wasn't sure where to throw the trash out, should I water the plants, where to park (is there a pass?) - simple things like that. I didn't know you had to hit the lock on the keypad. There were a lot of little things that would have been nice to know to do. The water tank was almost out of water so there was no water pressure and the dishes wouldn't clean in the dishwasher. So hopefully they will check that. It appears that all the units in the building are vacation rentals so there was a lot of new traffic constantly but most people were really nice.

Negative: as this was obviously a new place, the odor from the furniture was hard on my husband who is sensitive to chemical smells. I would have liked a small shelf or table in the bathroom to put clothes on while showering.
