Positive: I like the garden and the while territory, many flowers and plants
Negative: The restaurant facilities are horrible, people are searching for the food and tables, the tables and floor are dirty. i would not back to this hotel.

Positive: We come to this hotel for third time. This year it has changed ownership and is under the Asteria Hotel Management and we see the improvements. The whole hotel complex is clean and well-maintained, The night programmes at the Sky Bar were great- especially the Fashion Show. This time we were given a family nature room in a house by the relax pool which was great. The room was in fact an apartment - clean and spacious. The food was diverse and delicious and the GYUZLEME they make in the booth by the pool is the best ever- we enjoyed them instead breakfast trying both the salty and sweet ones.
Negative: As mentioned in my previous comments - the temperature of water in the pools. None of the pools is heated- even the children's pools. You should think about heating at least one of the big pools and definitely the kid's pools. For our period at the beginning of May I did'n't dare enter even onece in the pools and it is a pity. The expresso coffee in the cafe wasn't that great( try changing the brand) but the staff there were amazing- smiling and polite, willing to satisfy everyone's wishes. The street food bar offers less varierty than last year- but we never ended up eating there as we were OK only with lunch and dinnner in the main restaurant.

Positive: This is a review for our friends whom we brought with us after recommending them the hotel. They also liked and enjoyed the hotel a lot.They liked the facilities in the hotel, the food and the big gardens and spacious alleys where they could take their baby for a stroll in the baby pram.
Negative: At first our frineds were given Aqua Standard Room which we thought has a sea view as in Booking the photos show such a view for the Aqua Standard Room. However, they were given a room with no view and from reception they explained the Sea View rooms are different- AQUA is just the name of the main building where the main restaurant is. Anyway, when we explained at reception that the photos in Booking are misleading and people expect sea view even for Aqua Standard room the reception lady Alvina was so kind to change the room so our friends stayed at a nice Sea View Room in the main Aqua Building. The only problem for them as well was the cold water in the pools as they were with a 2 year-old baby which couldn't enjoy the pools.

Positive: very clean hotel, staff were very polite and helpful. Food was more than adequate for the price
Negative: Very little really, Hotel could do with some modernisation which i think they are in the process of doing. Hotel rooms are spread out over a very large land area meaning you will have some walking between amenities. Our air conditiong in room was not working very well. The few days we were there was not that warm but would be an issue when temps are higher.
Summary: Excellent value for money if you are looking for a quiet hotel and somewhere to base yourselves

Negative: Very outdated, rude staff, very dirty, no housekeeping for a week, food was rubbish especially towards the end as it was the end of season.
