Positive: À la carte restaurants were fantastic—the food was great and the atmosphere was amazing (especially at Mykorini). The staff were very friendly. The Rixy Club was excellent for kids. Godiva Cafe was great. We received a free upgrade to a Legendary Suite; the pool area was very quiet and pleasant, though it was a bit far from the main facilities. Our personal assistants, Atilla and Sardar, were amazing and helped us with everything we needed.
Negative: Night shows were really bad, they should improve it! Lunch and dinner at buffet could have been better. It was more quantity than quality.

Positive: Food was excellent, particularly in the à la carte restaurants. There is lots to do and it is very relaxed, even though it was super busy when we went. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely large beds around the pools with great waiter service. Really enjoyed the LoL water park.
Negative: We were disappointed with our room given the price. It was very old and tired, particularly the bathroom. Even though it was large and comfy it didn’t feel luxurious. Not the hotels fault but I was very upset by being followed in the hotel shop when I went into look, I was made to feel very uncomfortable. Never experienced this before.

Positive: We had a wonderful family vacation in this excellent hotel. The quality of the food, drinks, and cocktails was top. But the best thing was the kindness and professionalism of the staff, I think We had the best assistants, Elena, Arda and Zhypary The garden is also very well kept and the sandy beach is beautiful. We will definitely be back!

A huge thank you to Nabila and Nouf for taking care of every single detail. - **Room:** Perfect! - **Service & Cleaning:** Excellent. - **Food:** We were very satisfied with the variety and quality in the main restaurant, and the Asian restaurant was a delightful experience as well. The beach was clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by how uncrowded it felt. We always found a spot to relax and enjoy. The staff were kind and cooperative throughout our stay. Our baby loved the Rixy club, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning, inshallah. Thanks again for everything!

Positive: The grounds are beautiful, and the room is specious
Negative: The reservation in a la carte restaurants is very hard and always full I was able to go to one restaurant in four nights. AC I had two connected rooms one too cold, the other too hot. The water pressure is low and the shower head doesn’t stay in place. Connecting to the internet is lengthy and annoying, keep asking for passport number and feedback for every connected device, not ideal with kids.

Negative: The rushed check in, no welcome drink for the price paid, People's restaurant rude and inefficient staff. Ridiculous and unacceptable la carte restaurant booking system! Feels like waiting for your turn to get inside the supermarket during Covid lockdown This system should definitely be revised by the management team.
