Positive: The staff were amazing, very accommodating. The family room was spacious. The food was wonderful.

Negative: Unfortunately the children's pool was under renovations so the big pool had a lower water level than normal.

Positive: Upgraded, more spacious lobby, offering a nice view to the beach, the beach is completely safe to enter and play, food tasted very good, much food option to offer, they offer starbucks! Lovely, all the staffs are friendly, service are improving, room was clean and properly prepared. I went to this hotel a few times still always fascinated with the convenient location, the price are also affordable.

Negative: Asking for additional pillow from housekeeping, and for bellboy to pickup luggage while check out is very late and unresponsive, water dispensers available on my floor when i was staying were left empty, google assistant available in the room not very helpful for calling frontdesk and housekeeping, always saying "who do you want to call", just only call room service, please use telephone back with extensions to make the guests easier to contact PIC in emergencies
