Positive: The property was as shown in the picture. They even have a water filtration system which I love the most. Hafsha the one who assisted us was really compassionate and helpful. We really love her service. If not for her we might get another room even tho the unit was paid in advance.
Negative: Heads up! they will require you to answer a very long online form. Before they give you the exact details of the property. On our case we are soaking under the rain. Trying to please the back end staff to just give us the location first, because we are really SOAKED UNDER THE RAIN. 😭

Positive: Nice cosy place. Clean and very neat. Whatever you need was available
Negative: Too small bathroom and more cramped up due to the washing machine. Very small overhead shower and it can be better. The extention cord in the bathroom is a disaster waiting to happen. Please remove it . The paper rolls need a better place

Negative: I think the check in process is v cumbersome. It is managed on text and until you go through the details, no one follows up to ensure you are equipped to access the room. I reached late and there was no light, on the second floor, no one to carry your luggage and then had to start the registration form to get access. Was a nightmare checking in.

Positive: Such a lovely place with nice decor and comfy bed. Bathroom was spacious and the kitchen space was great. Communication was also fast and responsive, and the location was also cool. Well recommended!

Positive: The property itself is lovely and has everything you need including a fridge and facilities to cook food. I had a very comfortable stay here in a good location
Negative: The shower was cold and didn't really warm up. For this price, I expect hot water. I booked a different room under the same company and paid for it. Then on the way to the property I was told my room had been booked by someone else in the time it took me to pay for my room because the company use multiple booking platforms. They did offer me another room but it was more expensive and hassle to have to change. I understand they use multiple platform to maximise the chances of being booked but they shouldn't have accepted my payment if the room was taken or taken 3 hours to tell me the room was fully booked as that's how long it took them to call me after I paid for my room.

Positive: Great location in Bandra West, lots of lovely food places around and not far to bars & nightlife. The flat was comfortable and had all we needed, was easily accessible and hosts were a message away. Would definitely recommend!
