Positive: This was my first time visiting Zhangjiajie, and I was impressed by the stunning scenery and the simple and traditional way of life. The stay was full of local characters and conveniently close to the attractions. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to help me through out the trip. If having a chance to comeback I would definitely choose to stay here again. Also- they offer really good complimentary tea and coffee!

Positive: Great location just minutes from the west gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The owner speaks English and Korean, which made everything so much easier, he was helpful from the moment we arrived. The outdoor area is relaxed and atmospheric, perfect for resting after a full day of hiking. We also attended the Charming Xiangxi Show, highly recommend adding it to your trip. Would definitely stay again.

The host speaks excellent English, communication was easy and smooth. They were incredibly friendly and helped us plan our itinerary for the next day, we were really appreciated.
