Positive: The INSIDE of the room was decent and comfortable. The room was clean and smelled nice..for the most part it was remodeled. It's was in a great location. And let's face it, the price was great. Do I want a refund no...would I stay there again probably not. BUT it's doable, especially if you need to be close to the NRG Stadium. For the most part, it met my expectations, but I didn't expect much ...just a clean, comfortable room.And I did have a clean, comfortable room.
Negative: The outside looks like it literally should be condemned. In fact i didnt know a building in that shape could still be habitable..The parking lot was a nightmare..The check in area is filthy and dirty..the man was a grouchy old man and wasn't about to give an extra towel, coffee or even a cup even though we didn't have enough in our room for two people.

Positive: It was good,close to stadium for concert. . Although the concert was cancelled. So I didn't need the room any longer. So we checked out at 10 am. Was wounding if anyway possible I can get a refund on the other night that we didn't need.

Positive: Very nice management team. Went out of their way to connect Wi-if and make me comfortable.
Negative: Very bad area, high crime rate. Had crackheads yelling and following me. No one was staying there. This hotel shouldn’t be open. I couldn’t get a refund.
