Cozy, clean, first/grown floor, controlled access community.
This 2/2 condo is all inclusive, (water, electricity, basic cable). 2 Queen Beds, full size washer and dryer in the unit, 2 full baths, utilities included, Kitchen and Living room with a TV, Pool and Tennis Court also in the complex!
This is a NON-smoking apartment. NO pets allowed.

Summary: My girlfriend and I were attending our Rice U alumni event. The condo was perfect for both of us. It was clean and had the amenities we needed. It was a little sparse on kitchen supplies, but it met our need.

Summary: You can't go wrong with this place. To be fair the neighborhood looks a bit sketch but I didn't feel scared. The pool was dirty but we still swam a bit. The check in and out process was excellent and communication couldn't have been better.

Summary: I booked this property for my parents & grandparents trip to MD Anderson. It was a great location. The handicap parking was right by the apartment. It was centrally located to everything they needed, and they said the apartment was perfect for them.
