Positive: The apartment has a perfect location if you arrive at the central railway station. It's very clean, with wonderful isolation of the windows and electrical sun shutter. Air conditioning works well and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The bed is large and comfortable. Hot water supply is powerful. Highly recommended.

Positive: An extremely cosy space, even though there is not much space (no pun intended!). Loved how everything is so thought-out.

Negative: Trams are starting to go from the early morning till midnight. Just be aware of that!

Positive: Proximity to the railway station and the Rhone Express shuttle from the airport, cleanliness, well equipped, very welcoming and helpful host, Claude, quiet neighborhood, easy to get inside and all very well explained. Even though it's a small room (and it says so in the description, for those who comment later) it's very well equipped and ordered, so it is actually quite ok for a couple to spend a few nights without worrying it would be crowded.

Negative: Nothing we didn't like, everything was in order.

Positive: The studio was smaller than we expected, but arranged well. It was across from the train station and close to public transportation. We loved having a dryer along with a washing machine. Claude made access easy and responded quickly to our questions.

Positive: Location would normally be excellent but tram line engineer work makes it very awkward to travel without having to catch buses to other tram stops (includes airport). Not the fault of the property. Everything has been thought of, iron, hairdryer, small kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge etc. Bed was very comfortable. Check in was great. Owner very nice and helpful.

Negative: If you are above 6 foot tall, or overweight, you will find the property very difficult to manoeuvre in, particularly the bathroom. The owner has done a great job of utilising the space but you can only work with what you’ve got, and even for a studio it’s a small area. Walls very thin so can hear adjoining studios.

Summary: Pleasant, if a little uncomfortable.

Positive: We are not very tall and the bed was difficult to climb into. Could not reach a glass of water placed on the floor. It was in a small space so access on one side was not easy. No side tables. No bedside lights. Otherwise studio was well lit, well equipped, very clean. We were pleased to find some washing up liquid and cleaning spray. Perfectly placed for the station if not for sight-seeing. The building was modern and well-kept. Entry entirely by codes meant no keys to lose. Claude kept in touch which was kind should there have been problems. He gave good instructions for access etc.
