Positive: One of the ladies at reception had a bad day and wasn't very friendly. Others were lovely If you need a good night sleep, not for you. Bedrooms are facing carpark. One can hear all arrivals/departures, chatting, dragging the luggage... And there was a night light at front of apartment and bedroom right next . Bit annoying.

Negative: Room we stayed in had no towel holders in main bathroom, no Foxtel internet working, no tv working, boom gate needed button on controller to be let out as sensor didn’t work, dishwasher wasn’t cleaned out prior to arrival, all small issues but for the price seamed to be unreasonable. Some staff not very approachable.

Positive: Gorgeous place to stay, such a peaceful spot looking over the water & boardwalk. The sunsets were just amazing. Room had all the plates, cups etc - everything was clean & easy to find. Linen was clean & room was immaculate. Easy parking, checkin very simple & was with a person and not a key safe. At the reception desk they have tour brochures & are happy to assist with general queries. Getting into town,there’s a shuttle you can get for $ but we didn’t end up needing it. We enjoyed the walk into town as it was a cooler time of year & such a beautiful view. We shared the walkway with joggers, scooters, bikes & many friendly walkers -Note - it is a descent distance from the cbd the walk is mostly flat. Being away from the noise was perfect for our stay. If you prefer to drive it’s a super short drive to town or bigw etc if needed. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay & will return to this beautiful accommodation.
Negative: I should have asked for a hard bed. The lounge is a bit saggy general wear nothing drastic.

Positive: Ease of Checking in. room was clean and contained all the items that we required. parking included was an awesome plus especially for the location. would defiantly visit again. hopefully for longer.
Negative: Finding Reception was quite hard. It may have been the fact we arrived at 7:00 but i ended up just wondering around until i found the reception desk. In the morning house keeping came into the room while we where sleeping but didn't ruin our stay.
Summary: Nice clean room with all the necessities, parking included and pool right outside our room.
