Summary: It's definitely a great space to stay to be central to town. The location is first-class: walking distance to town, beaches, and a local pub.A few small things to be aware of when booking. The fridge is very small, we had 4 adults, 2 children, and we had to use two eskys to keep everything we needed.The internet is incredibly patchy, also neither TV has great service, and they aren't smart TVs. Not overly an issue, as in summer you'd be at the beach, but as one day was cold and raining for us, it made movie watching difficult.The 2nd two bedrooms are also a shared space, not separate.Overall, the beds were comfy, and the location is amazing, as mentioned. Great place for a weekend away at a reasonable price.Thanks

Summary: This place is in desperate need of a spruce up. It feels as if someone has inherited this house from Grandma and put it immediately on the market as a holiday rental without even giving it a once over. It is chock full of Readers Digest, chipped crockery, suspect wiring and Grandma's sewing machine is still in the corner - complete with her collection of threads and bobbins. The wallpaper is peeling from the walls and there is something loose on the roof which bangs every time the wind blows - and the wind always blows in Beachport. Having said all that it served it's purpose as a base for our holiday and the beds were comfortable - if small.

Summary: We had a great time staying At The Beach. The house is old but just as we expected, beds were nice and comfortable, the host was very easy to communicate with, the house is situated in a great location only a couple of minute walk to town and the beach. Only downfall was that there wasnt a BBQ to use so we had to cook inside each night and who wants that while on holidays and the lawns werent mowed so the kids couldnt play outside to much. But overall i rate the place 9 outta 10
