Summary: Great apartment, as advertised handy to railway station shops cafes. Found the communication failed right from the start. My property manager had left the company so no details about check in we then had to find our way to office to meet Kerrie we got there no Kerrie and were handed a set of keys but someone else. In my opinion poor service. Sorting check out was also painful definitely think it could be made easier. If you didn’t have a car it would be hopeless.

Summary: The communication with the owner/manager was prompt and easy, as was the check-in process. The apartment is in a great location for both public transport and driving & has direct lift access to the basement secure parking. The linens, etc were good, beds & pillows comfortable. The kitchen is equipped, but many of the items supplied are at the point of needing replacement. Don't plan on doing much cooking! Fortunately there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance, esp. on Willoughby Rd for eating out / take away. The bathrooms were very clean.
