Positive: The rooms were perfect for our needs for this stay, and the staff were accommodating in ensuring that our rooms were next to each other and not too far from the lifts as we were travelling with elderly relatives who we needed to be close to.
Negative: There isn't anything that we actually didn't like. There is always room for improvement in cleanliness and service which is why I didn't give a ten, but we were happy with the rooms for what we needed on this weekend.

Positive: Location wasn't bad, small walking distance to public transport and pubs close by. The shower had great water pressure. The room was well displayed, and the bed was comfortable.
Negative: We arrived to find the reserved parking sold out despite making the request early. The balcony was non-existent, and the window only opened an inch. The bathroom flooded with each shower. Not enough towels or floor mats provided to compensate. No smart channels on TV despite advertisements. Room above us was super loud and constantly thumping.

Positive: Everything we could want for a short trip to Sydney. Close to Metro and rail, hospitals, shops. Lots of great dining options nearby, especially in Crows Nest. Clean, quiet, nicely decorated and comfortable studio with handy kitchenette. Friendly helpful reception. We will be back!
