Positive: The host was so kind and helpful. The plane had arrived much earlier before check-in time was started, we had the opportunity to safely store our luggage in the basement of the house. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary equipment, clean and tidy. The metro and shops are within walking distance, there is a bistro on the corner of the street. There is a huge balcony, the the magnificent view.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: The apartment is located in the neighborhood of Agios Eleftherios, a very calm residential area, about 15 minutes from the center by metro. There are several shops around, and it is very well connected as the metro station is within less than 5 minutes walking distance, in addition to the bus stations nearby. This is an ideal location for people who want a complete Athens experience, as the neighborhood gives you the real picture of the city. The building is modern, clean, and quiet, with security cameras at the entrance and a keyed locker where you can leave your luggage on the day of the checkout. To get to the apartment, which is on the top floor, you can use the elevator and then climb a few steps. The apartment is very clean, spacious with plenty of natural light, and has a good lighting system with multiple lighting choices for each area of the apartment (including the terrace). The windows are soundproofed and have mosquito nets so you can sleep with them open, or you can also close them and use the air conditioning, which works perfectly. The apartment has all the necessary equipment (utensils, hygiene and cleaning products, excellent Wi-Fi) to make you feel at home, which makes it ideal for long stays. Also, much, if not all, of the equipment is brand new. The bed is big and very comfortable. The sofa (convertible) and the beanbags on the terrace are also very comfortable. The terrace, which was my favorite part of the apartment, is large and has an open part and a covered side, with tables on both sides. The view of the city is nice, especially at night as the main street is well lit, but don't expect to see the Acropolis from there. Finally, the host is attentive, friendly, and cares about making sure you have the best stay possible. Plus, he speaks fluent English, which facilitates communication. All things considered, I can say that the apartment is exceptional value for money. I was very satisfied and will definitely be coming back!
