Positive: The staff! Jenifer was absolutely delightful and thoughtful about our staying and our baby. Because the pool doesn't have any umbrellas, it was difficult for us to stay to the pool with the baby long time! Thanks to her, she managed to bring us 2 umbrellas from her house so we can stay by the pool with our 3 month baby. Also the apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Negative: 1)There is no oven in the apartment and we had to buy a grill from Alpha Mega store so we can cook our meals. 2) The curtains are old and not good attached to the wall. Almost fall down when we try to open them. Also light was coming in, from the windows. 3) Very small fridge and even smaller cooler! 4) The floor is sloping, causing us to lose our balance. 5) Kitchen is very small. Maybe if you eat outside or have delivery is better, but if you bring with you food to cook, not very convenient. 6) Pillows very soft and uncomfortable 7) No umbrellas at pool area

Positive: Nice place to stay. Was there before and came back
Negative: These are traditional houses converted to apartment, as described. So no disappointments. Advantage of this: when hot outside, it is still cooler insite because of the thick stone walls, even without the (very well functioning) airco

Positive: Location, building exterior, and surrounding area. Good value.
Negative: The interior is old and outdated. Hot water didn't always work for the shower, low pressure and didn't drain well. Only basic amenities. No personal interaction with staff.

Positive: The pool was clean and the location was great
Negative: We didn't have water during the night. From 9pm till early in the morning. There was nobody to fix it and we were not informed about this sotuation.

Positive: The place was nice with lots of trees and it was uphill so u could see the whole village. Nice clean swimming pool. The maintenance guy is amazing. His up and down all the time. Whatever u needed was there. Each house has his own table and chairs outside that u can relax all day. We had oil salt and pepper pans, plates, etc. Soap for the dishes and for hands. Some of the houses are really nice and worth the money.
Negative: There is no parking near the place. U need to park 5 mins away and carry all ur stuff uphill. Especially for elder people is difficult. It was a lot of small ants everywhere. Unfortunately in my friend's house was inside the house as well. Staff came and sprayed the place. Twice we had no water from night time untill morning, they said the whole village was like that. And once around lunchtime, they had to turn off our electricity for a while to fix someone else air-condition or hot water. Am not sure. Stuff that I believe hat to be done before season started. No toaster or oven the house. Only 2 electrical stoves, a microwave, and one kettle. It was difficult to make toast for breakfast. I had to use pan on the stove, and it took hours cos we were a lot of people. In one of our houses, We had to use a towel to cover the main door of the house cos it was from glass and light was coming in from early morning. And also for privacy reasons. Our shower was very, very small. The shower head needs changing. Window was not closing correctly, and the wind was blowing the shower curtain, and it was getting stuck on us while having a shower, and it was very, very uncomfortable. Some of the houses need more maintenance and fixing up and maybe renovation.
