A green 2500 m² garden next to the vineyards and olive groves, planted with flower beds, in the sun and offering many cool and shaded spaces.
For your relaxation, the pool is heated from April to October and the spa is available in the evenings, an area for playing boules and other sport equipment as well as harvesting the garden fruits (cherries, apricots, plums, peaches, tomatoes, raisins, figs).
85 m² small attached villa in perfect condition, opening into a large shaded terrace: this space, detached on a family property 20 minutes away from the sea and 10 minutes from Montpellier will make you feel welcome. in the peace and serenity of the place as well as in the convivial simplicity of its inhabitants.
Practical aspects and leisure: nearby minimarket open every day, tennis in the village, cycle lane, hiking and mountain biking in the garrigue; less than 15 minutes away from the equestrian centres, public covered pools, golf, festivals (dance, theatre, music) and many votive parties in the neighbouring villages during summer.

Summary: Ideally situated just outside Montpellier in a quiet location overlooking the countryside. Safe car parking at the property. Walking distance to centre of the village and nearby supermarket.The whole property is maintained to a very high standard,beautiful garden and pool area.We loved feeding the chickens our food scraps.We enjoyed hearing birdsong while resting by the pool.We visited Nimes,Montpellier, Sete,Meze,Camargue and Grand Flotte.Best of all is the warm welcome,hospitality and local knowledge of the hosts.We woke up to find eggs or fruit from the garden placed outside our accommodation. A lovely retreat but close to all the sights for days out.We will definitely be going back.

Summary: What a wonderful place to stay! Genevieve and Paul warmly greeted us upon arrival and once we were settled and relaxed shared tips of local markets and sights to see. Their villa and gardens are an oasis of tranquity situated within walking distance between Old Town Pignan to the west, and modern Pignan, with its excellent supermarket to the east. The coast is just 15 minutes away and we loved exploring the nearby medieval towns of Montpelier and Argues-Mortes. Genevieve and Paul un grand merci beaucoups!!

Summary: Our stay with Genevieve and Paul was delightful in every way. The house was comfortable and well equipped, that and free run of their lovely garden and pool meant we felt completely relaxed and at home and were sorry to leave!

Summary: We were able to find the property easily and the local supermarket and boulangerie (bread shop) were very useful for stocking up on essentials. There were plenty of leaflets in the property to recommend activities in the area although some were slightly out of date. The pool was great but a little chilly in October! The jacuzzi was ideally situated to star gaze in the evening. Genieve and Paul were very welcoming and generous hosts. It was very disappointing to have no WiFi access in the property as it had been advertised with WiFi. Although there was limited access on the terrace, the mosquitoes and weather prevented us from being able to use it effectively. The villa was well supplied with most items that we needed. It would have been good to have control over the heating ourselves as the weather was quite changeable.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying at this property. The large outside pool and garden are great and Paul and Genevieve very lovely hosts. A second toilet would be good and the 2nd bedroom a bit small but we had a lovely week

Summary: You won't find friendlier hosts than Genevieve and Paul. They made us feel so welcome and, without being intrusive, were on hand to help whenever needed. Summary: Pignan is a reasonably large village around 10 to 15kms from Montpellier and this property sits on the outskirts of the village ensuring peace and tranquility being nestled alongside vineyards. The shops (bakers, butchers, fruit and cheese, tobacconist, pharmacy etc) are all a short stroll away. We stayed for two weeks and had a fantastic time. Genevieve and Paul (the owners) live in the main part of the property and the guest accomodation is attached. The layout of the space though ensures that you have a great feeling of privacy. In addition, Genevieve and Paul are two of the kindest and most thoughtful people we have had the privilege to meet. Their attention to detail and hard work to create and maintain a stunning garden is matched only by their desire to ensure that you get the most from your holiday. The pool is large (10m by 5m i think) and the garden is a treasure trove of interesting touches of detail. For those moments when resting by the tranquil poolside are not enough, there is a ping pong table, basket ball hoop with backboard, table football and exercise machine. Inside, the property is very well maintained.and the standard is high. Interestingly, despite only one air conditioning unit for the whole property it keeps cool all through the day (we had temps up to 38 degrees celsius for several days). In the living area there is a small raised platform with a small double bed, which is ideal for kids as its a bit of a different space to a 'normal' bedroom. Genevieve and Paul largely keep themselves to themselves but there is a warm welcome on arrival and they check in every day to ensure that everything is ok and keep you informed about what is going on in the area. Eggs, fruit and tomatoes from the garden turned up as gifts on a regular basis and a chilled bottle of wine on arrival was very welcome. Pignan itself does not really have any restaurants that looked worht visiting. However, it does host a food and music night every Monday in the summer, which is a short stroll away from the property. Recommend this if you are staying there in July and August. Otherwise, Fabregues (a nearby village) has a reasonable restaurant called Entre 2 Vins which is worth a visit and of course Montpellier and Palavas Les Flots have a large number of great places to eat. Check where to go with your hosts! All in all this is a lovely property and provides for a hugely enjoyable and relaxing stay. Bon vacances!

Summary: What a fantastic property and holiday! Genevieve and Paul are charming hosts with the most beautiful holiday property. The house is quality, spacious and comfortable, and the best equipped place I have stayed in. For the duration of our stay, we were made to feel welcome and relaxed. We enjoyed fruits from the beautiful garden, played basketball, table tennis and table football. The swimming pool is fantastic with great surroundings. This property is ideal for families and couples, there is so much to offer. Pignan is a lovely village in a great location, with lots to see and do. We explored Montpellier, Nimes, Sete, La Grande Motte and Carcassone from this location. Thank you Genevieve and Paul for a fantastic, relaxing holiday, we had a wonderful time! Xx

Summary: We loved staying at Genevieve & Paul's property in Pignan. The pool was fantastic, the gardens were incredible and the kids loved being able to roam around and play. Genevieve & Paul couldn't have been more hospitable, leaving us freshly picked fruit in the mornings, whilst at no point encroaching on our holiday. There were beaches 15 minutes away by car although the best we found was La Grande Motte which was lovely. We would highly recommend this property for a relaxing holiday.
