Summary: Everything about this property was wonderful - super clean, well appointed with comfortable furniture, a great mattress, and a covered outdoor patio - plus appliances and unexpected items like soap, shampoo etc. The check-in process was super easy and the owners provided a book with information on local coffee bars, restaurants and places to visit. The property is clearly well maintained and the owners have a great rental process. We look forward to staying here or in one of their other Austin properties for our next trip. Summary: We so enjoyed our stay in the ATX House. Zilker Park/Barton Springs is our goto getaway twice a year . The accommodations provided a comfortable and calm place to retreat- comfortable seating upon which to speaks hours reading or enjoying a movie. The bed was comfortable and all needed supplies could be readily found in the kitchen, bath, and closets. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return for our next getaway.
