Positive: The house was spacious and clean. Miguel was a very helpful, friendly host. He even helped unload our car! He also gave us a brief rundown of the area and a well stocked shelf full of leaflets about local activities and attractions. There was a second shower and even washing machine, which is great for families. We also had a garden and BBQ facilities Miguel was also able to rent us a space in a local garage for our car. The location could not have been better, we were right in the centre of Amiens. There were restaurants and cafes around the corner and a supermarket a short walk away. The house was quiet at night, and very private, we where able to get a goodnights sleep despite being in the city centre.

Negative: The stairs are a bit small!

Summary: Comfortable, friendly host, amazing location, great stay.

Positive: Perfect location for the city centre yet tucked away behind a quiet street, with lovely outside space. all the facilities you could wish for in the house: well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, two bathrooms (always a boon!) with lots of towels, comfortable seating and dining areas, smart tv and wifi available.

Negative: The spiral staircase - suitable for the house but not for my old bones! However, the owners advised us that they have 2 other properties nearby which would suit us, for future stays.

Positive: Location was excellent. Isobel was so kind in doing our washing for us after a mishap with the washing machine at the property. Garden and outdoor seating a bonus. Parking garage close by for use. Beautiful, cosy, comfortable home and luxury towels/bed linen. Can’t fault the place. Isobel’s mama was also lovely when we checked out 😀

Negative: Staircase, but hey we’re in France!

Positive: Perfect location to walk to town, restaurants, Notre Dame. We left comfortable relaxing in the evening enjoying dinner and a glass of wine.

Negative: There was nothing, we loved it.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Hopefully we will be able to go back in spring and enjoy a very different time in Amiens

Positive: We were met on arrival with the keys and shown the secure garage for parking, just a short walk away. The house is very comfortable, well furnished and just a short walk to the delightful city centre of Amiens. We enjoyed our short stay :)
