Positive: If you are looking for a place to stay in Bergundy in the countryside, this is the place to stay. Wine tasting and restaurants in many of the Bergundy regions are within 15-20 minutes drive. And the view, grounds, garden, pool that you return to are a wonderful place to enjoy a bottle that you pick up along the way. Philippe and Valerie are amazing hosts, providing breakfast each day. On top of that, Philippe is a Chef and will provide you an amazing French meal upon your request. Valerie and Philippe also provided us the most amazing Charcuterie for us to enjoy out in they garden overlooking the pool and views on Sunday evening before we left to our next destination. They are both amazing hosts. You will not be disappointed.

Positive: What a lovely experience. The accommodation was spacious warm and very comfortable set in beautiful surroundings. The hosts felt like family and made us feel very welcome! We had dinner prepared by our host Philippe who previously was a chef and owned a restaurant. We had a typical Burgundian 3 course meal plus amuse bouche and an aperitif. It was truly the best meal I have eaten in our many visits to Beaune and the surrounding villages. We will definitely be coming back!

Positive: Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures and described in the instructions. The owners were very friendly and provided clear, helpful guidance throughout our stay. Burgundy can have quite brisk mornings and evenings, but the room was perfectly warm and cozy, which we really appreciated. It’s an excellent base for exploring the area, and we’d happily recommend it to anyone!

Positive: The wonderful and kind host family, along with the beautiful scenery, made our stay truly special. Sleeping in the cabin was an unforgettable experience, it was definitely one of the highlights of the trip.

Negative: Getting to the cabin was a bit challenging with luggage, so a backpack is definitely recommended. There were also some mosquitoes, having insect repellent or installing an electronic mosquito repellent plug-in (like a night diffuser) would have made the stay even more comfortable
